I was born and raised in Mexico.  My family came to the US when I was in Jr. High School. 

I came to Prairie from CR Washington High School at the start of my junior year.  The first art class I took was Art of Photography, which has become my favorite area of art.  Since then I have taken Photo II, Photoshop, Digital Drawing, Drawing I and Drawing II.  I love art because it allows me to express how I feel, and how I perceive the world around me.  The act of producing art is telling the world, what concerns me, what bothers me and what interests me.  Art is living life from another perspective.  I love Photography because you get to look at everything around you from different perspectives: with your own interpretation or style.  You can show people the way you actually see the world, the way you don’t want to see the world or the way you would like to see the world. It has become my passion!

My Future Plans:

I plan on starting my college education at Kirkwood Comm. College and then enroll at the Chicago Art Institute to study fine arts and photography.
